IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE: Central Atlanta Progress (CAP) and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) have been awarded a 2005 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Supplementary Study program grant to further analyze the feasibility of converting Baker Street from one-way traffic to two-way traffic.
