Castleberry Point Begins Construction

Castleberry Point Begins Construction

Bulldozers have moved onto the future site of Miller Gallman's latest development, Castleberry Point, this week as homebuyers eagerly await the mixed-use development. At the start of construction more than half of the 108 homes are under contract and just three live-work spaces remain, exceeding initial sales projections.
Homebuyers can still visit the sales center across the street at 326 Nelson Street to preview the unparalleled features and amenities.

Castleberry Point blends contemporary design with the historic character of the Castleberry Hill neighborhood, including a flat-iron building. The four-story condominium will also feature 35,000 square-feet of street-level retail and restaurant spaces.

The Castleberry Hill neighborhood offers convenient access to the best of Downtown and Midtown with Downtown Atlanta within walking distance and Midtown less than three miles away. It is a bustling community with a variety of restaurants, coffee houses and art galleries to visit. Less than a mile from CNN Center and Philips Arena, Castleberry Hill is a perfect neighborhood for those wanting a community environment but still in the middle of the Downtown excitement. Castleberry Point sits at the gateway to the neighborhood and has panoramic views of the Downtown skyline.

Castleberry Point will feature 108 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 748 to more than 2,800 square-feet with 17 distinct floor plans, including five live/work spaces, priced from the low $200s to the $700s. Features at Castleberry Point will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands, master bath with a separate tub and enclosed shower, ceramic tile floors, spacious balconies and rooftop decks for outdoor urban living.

Amenities at Castleberry Point will include a residential rooftop pool with fabulous views of Downtown, clubhouse and fitness center with street-level retail, an open-air courtyard surrounded by restaurants, galleries and shops and access-controlled parking deck. Additionally, a signature water element will grace the courtyard, keeping with the Miller Gallman tradition that started with Swift & Company Lofts and Ponce Springs Lofts at Glen Iris and continues with Castleberry Point.
