The year-long process to review and update Downtown's zoning regulations is nearing completion and the Central Atlanta Progress team needs your feedback on the proposed recommendations.

Livability Code to learn about the work that has already been completed
and review the recommendations that have been proposed.
- Join us for any of the following meetings to learn more and more importantly share your thoughts and opinions
Advisory Committee
Wednesday, May 28, 8:00-9:30 a.m.
This Committee has been meeting quarterly throughout the process. You are welcome to join us for this session which will focus on the entire Downtown area.
South of North Area
Tuesday, June 3, 8:00-9:30 a.m.
Specific concerns and issues have been raised regarding this area bounded by North Avenue to the north, Central Park Drive to the east and I-75/85 to the south and west. This session will focus on this subarea.
Evening Information Meeting
Wednesday, June 4, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
This session will address the same issues as the others, but at a more convenient time for folks who cannot attend meetings during work hours.
Fairlie-Poplar Area
Thursday, June 12, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Questions and concerns unique to this historic neighborhood have been discussed. This session will focus on this subarea and the specific regulations that have been proposed.
The meeting agendas will include:
- A process update and review of our next steps
- A brief review of most recent changes to proposed recommendations
- Targeted discussion about specific outstanding issues
All meetings will be held at the offices of Central Atlanta Progress,
Lobby Level of the Hurt Building at 50 Hurt Plaza, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
