Atlanta Hawks Sponsor Ga. 400 Tolls Oct. 24

The Atlanta Hawks Tip-Off the 2012-13 season by covering the tolls for all passengers on Wednesday, October 24 from 7-9 a.m. The Atlanta Hawks will be sponsoring both the Northbound and Southbound tolls on GA 400 in partnership with the State Road and Tollway Authority. All 50 cent, cashier and Cruise Card/Peach Pass lanes’ tolls will be paid for by the Atlanta Hawks during this time. In addition to the paid toll sponsorship, Harry the Hawk and the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders will be at the tolls handing out magnet game schedules, Hawks branded air fresheners and $50 Hawks Cards good towards the purchase of tickets to Hawks home games in November and December 2012.

“Our hometown fans were introduced to a team with a lot of new faces this preseason, and now the Atlanta Hawks are ready to get the 2012-13 season underway,” said Bob Williams, Atlanta Hawks and Philips Arena President. “As an expression of our gratitude to the Metro Atlanta area and our fans for their support, we will pay all tolls during the morning commute.”

Join the Atlanta Hawks during opening night on Friday, November 2 at 7:30 p.m. when they face Jeremy Lin and the Houston Rockets. Tickets for all Hawks home games are on sale at www.hawks.com/tickets, the Philips Arena box office and all Ticketmaster locations, with absolutely no ticketing fees.
