Bikes, bagels and AJC fitness columnist Madison James, help kick off this year’s National Bike Month!

Join Downtown Green Source and the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition on Thursday, May 1 at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market from 7:00-9:30 a.m. for the Annual Bike Month Breakfast. Get bike-path ready with complimentary fresh coffee and delicious light bites from Sweet Auburn Bakery. Madison James, a Former Division I college basketball player turned bike fitness fanatic, is best known as an on-air personality for B98.5 FM and for her AJC fitness column “Atlanta’s Mad About Fitness. At 8 a.m. Madison will share her bike inspiration story and invite you to a more active and fulfilling lifestyle!

We’ll also be raffling away two free bike tours courtesy of Civil Bikes! That’s right, a participant in the Downtown Pop Up Retail Program, Civil Bikes is giving away complimentary bike tours of places important to the development of Atlanta’s civil rights heritage.

So bring a friend and pedal in, we’ll help you re-charge at The Annual Bike Month Breakfast!
