Courtyard by Marriott opens in Atlanta

Marriott opened a new 150-room Courtyard by Marriott in Atlanta, Ga., late last month. Located at 133 Carnegie Way NW, the Courtyard Atlanta Downtown is owned by Capstone Partners and managed by Marriott International.

The downtown hotel is nine miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and close to the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola.

"We’ve become America’s leading select-service hotel brand by listening to our customers and giving them what they want at a rate below traditional full-service hotels."

Courtyard's new redesigned public space is featured in the new hotel. The concept includes a business library with individual workstations and high-speed data ports, a 24-hour grab and go food and beverage area and a lounge for working, meeting or dining.

The hotel features the Café Intermezzo restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, a fitness center, guest laundry and business center. The hotel also includes 1,776 square feet of meeting space to accommodate small meetings and functions of up to 100 people.
