Cousins Announces Partnership with Parmenter Realty Partners

Cousins Properties Inc. announced it will oversee leasing for two Parmenter Realty Partners managed properties in Atlanta and Dallas. Cousins will manage leasing 230 Peachtree Street in Atlanta and 8300 Douglas in Dallas. 230 Peachtree is owned by Southcoast Capital and managed by Parmenter Realty Partners. Parmenter Realty Partners is a Miami-based real estate investment, management and development company.
230 Peachtree offers 414,768 square feet of office space surrounded by financial institutions, convention centers, trade marts, world class hotels and many of Atlanta's best restaurants. On-site amenities include a restaurant, gourmet coffee shop, copy center and banking facilities, as well as easy access to the city’s rapid transit system, MARTA. The property also features integrated Internet services and 24-hour security.
Located in the Park Cities submarket of Dallas, 8300 Douglas is a 100,000-square-foot Class A office building. Parmenter Realty Partners purchased the building in October 2004 and invested $2.5 million to renovate the exteriors, lobbies, restrooms and common areas, as well as provide on-site property management and other services.
