CTS among "Atlanta's Best and Brightest Places to Work"

Computer Technology Solutions (CTS) was recognized as one of Atlanta’s "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" for the year 2012 by the National Association for Business Resources. The awards ceremony included distinguished guests Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and Monica Pearson of Atlanta's ABC television affiliate, WSB TV Channel 2.

The award honors companies that offer quality human resources initiatives. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement, and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection, and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

This honor is highly sought after by companies throughout the metro Atlanta area. Winners are selected for practicing innovative strategies and representing best practices in industries as diverse as communications, hospitality, insurance, and technology.
