Fulton County Office of the Public Defender Moves to 100 Peachtree Building

America’s Capital Partners (ACP), a CAP Member, announced a recent lease agreement that will relocate the Fulton County Office of the Public Defender to 100 Peachtree on May 1, 2014. Led by Public Defender Vernon S. Pitts, Jr., the office consists of 110 attorneys, administrators and legal staff will occupy over 48,000 square feet of office space on three floors of the 100 Peachtree building. Brad Jancik and Eric Ross of CBRE, also a CAP Member, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 “The Office of Public Defender is a perfect fit for 100 Peachtree,” noted Sergio Socolsky, CEO of ACP. “The building is at the center of the county government and provides amenities designed specifically for the legal profession.”
