Hotel planned for former Rosser International building

A new hotel project is in the works near Emory University Midtown Hospital. Commercial real estate services firm Avison Young recently sold 524 West Peachtree St. The property includes a circa-1928 office building that once housed architecture and engineering firm Rosser International before the company vacated in 2012. The roughly half-acre site sold for $4.4 million to 524 Peach LLC, according to Phil Barry, principal at Avison Young.
