Silverman Construction Program Management receives APEX Award

The DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce has bestowed its 2014 Small Business Advocacy APEX Award to CAP Member, Silverman Construction Program Management in recognition of the firm’s support and advocacy for locally-based small businesses. This is the fourth year for the APEX program, which honors outstanding businesses in the community for their exemplary performance in revenue and contribution to DeKalb County and the Metro Atlanta region.

In bestowing the Small Business Advocacy Award to Silverman, the DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce Board Member Cathi Spornick noted that “civic, charitable and community engagement are at the heart of Silverman CPM’s culture, mission and business philosophy. Commitment to this vision starts at the top. Throughout his years as the leader of his DeKalb County-based business, Arnie Silverman has set a strong example for his staff through his deep involvement in myriad civic, community, cultural and charitable groups that contribute to the well-being of DeKalb County and the region as a whole.”

Arnie Silverman accepted the award at a luncheon ceremony on August 20, 2014 held at the Thalia N. Carlos Community Center in DeKalb County.

Silverman Construction Program Management is an Atlanta-based construction program management firm that is entering its 20th year assisting owners with their capital construction projects.
