Sweet Auburn Curb Market Welcomes Back the Urban Picnic

The Sweet Auburn Curb Market has announced that the popular Urban Picnics, which started there in March of 2010, are coming back this month.The event starts on March 29 and runs from 11 am to 2 pm. 

“In response to popular demand, and with a little help from our friends at YumDiggity, located inside the market, we’re happy to announce this fan favorite event is returning,” says Pamela Joiner, General Manager of the Sweet Auburn Curb Market. 

Food trucks, which now have a presence in and around the city, made their debut in the parking lot outside of the public market located on Edgewood Avenue three years ago. In addition to some of local favorites, including Yumbii and Good Food Truck, some of the market’s vendors from inside set up on the patio offering items for sale and tasting.
