Atlanta Streetcar Utility Relocation has Begun

What: Lane closures necessary for sewer line relocation work in preparation for the Atlanta Streetcar project

Where: Edgewood Avenue between Hilliard Street and Jackson Street; Jackson Street between Auburn Avenue and Edgewood Avenue

When: Monday, January 30 – Thursday, February 23

Comments: Crews will work a 24-hour schedule, Monday through Saturday (six days per week), in an effort to relocate sewer lines along Jackson Street and Edgewood Avenue prior to the construction of the Atlanta Streetcar Project.

Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around construction zone. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
