Tickets
Advance Registration - Ends on October 31st
General Admission Tickets are $45 each if purchased by October 31st. The Tour of New Developments in Downtown is an additional $15 each and includes a boxed-lunch and a one-hour guided bus tour. Tables of 10 can be purchased with Company Name displayed on the table for $400.
Advance Registration ends on October 31st and after that general admission tickets are $55. Bus tour tickets will be $25 and Tables of 10 will be $450.
All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets will be available for purchase here starting in September.
Parking
Park in the AmericasMart Building 2/Gift Mart Parking Deck on Spring Street. Enter on the left side of Spring St., between Andrew Young International Blvd. and Harris St.
From the parking deck, take the elevator to Building 2 Lobby. Follow signs to Downtown Development Day.
Downtown Development Expo
Project Showcase of new and planned real estate projects, as well as Downtown-focused initiatives. The expo provides a great opportunity to network with movers and shakers in the industry and offers a forum in which partnerships are often created.
Booths will be set-up for the duration of the program to give you the opportunity to visit them at any time in addition to dedicated time before and after the breakout sessions.
