The day’s program is designed to educate you on the progress made in the past year and the plans to continue Downtown's revitalization. Join Atlanta’s real estate community and Downtown stakeholders interested in the area’s future at the Centennial Ballroom, part of the $65 million transformation of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.

7:15 AM-8:00 AM Registration and Coffee
8:00 AM-9:30 AM Opening Session with seated breakfast
9:30 AM-10:30 AM Downtown Development Expo presented by Silverman Construction Program Management
10:30 AM-12:00 PM Concurrent Breakout Sessions
12:00 PM-1:30 PM Optional Tour of Downtown

This program is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for 3 hours of real estate continuing education credit through the Georgia Institute of Real Estate (School Code #137, Course Code #62202). Ticket price includes cost of CE credit but you have to register for the credit in person, on the day of the event, at the GIRE table which will be situated in the registration area. Questions?
