About the Card

The Downtown Connects Card is a free program inviting Downtown Atlanta residents, students, workers, and visitors to experience the highlights of Downtown with discounted prices and special offers.

Simply show the card when arriving at a participating restaurant, attraction, hotel, or retailer to receive the current offer (as decided by the participating affiliate). That's right! All you have to do is show the card, and the discounts and special offers start coming your way!

The participants themselves choose their own discount level (often between 5% and 20% off) or special offer. All offers are subject to the conditions decided upon by the affiliates themselves.

Promotion and distribution of the card can be found at any of the participating affiliates as well as online via the Downtown Connects Card website. The Card itself can be downloaded and printed from the site, or received at any of the offering locations.

Central Atlanta Progress, in its constant pursuit to promote the excellence of Downtown Atlanta, has created and fostered this initiative with one goal in mind: "More Fun. Less Money." Central Atlanta Progress will manage the operations, promotions, and distribution of the card, with the guidance of a steering committee consisting of representatives from: Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta, Inside CNN, The World of Coca-Cola, The Georgia Dome, the Georgia Aquarium, and the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.
