The Boucherie Dinner series kicks off with Wild Game Week in February, with dishes such as Venison Terrine and Roasted Venison Tenderloin. Each dinner is $65 per person, with wine pairings by sommelier Dorine Buche available for an additional $30; guests who purchase the series of three dinners will receive a 20% discount. The Boucherie Dinner series continues with Veal Week from March 18–24 and Beef Week from April 22–28.
