Hugo Fortes, a Brazilian artist, curator, and professor at Universidade de São Paulo, will speak on issues in contemporary art as reflected in Noplaceness: Art in a Post-Urban Landscape recently published by Atlanta Art Now, a project of Possible Futures, Inc. This event is free and open to the public, and co-sponsored by CENCIA, Atlanta Art Now and GSU's Art Student Union. The event takes place at Georgia State University's General Classroom Building, in the Troy Moore Library on the 9th floor.
