"Venison Week" at BLT Steak Atlanta
BLT Steak Atlanta continues its Boucherie Dinner series this month with Venison Week. Between Monday, Sept. 10 and Sunday, Sept. 16, Chef Cyrille Holota will offer a special menu, available prix fixe or a la carte, featuring different ways of serving and preparing venison. The series focuses on incorporating parts of the whole animal into a unique dining experience. The dinner costs $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. For an additional $25, guests will receive wine pairings by sommelier Dorine Buche.
