2010 Super Commuter Kick Off
The Downtown TMA is kicking off the new year with great incentives for clean commuting. Are you a Super Commuter? Does your commute include walking, cycling, taking transit, carpooling, vanpooling or teleworking regularly?
From February 1, 2010 through March 12, 2010* the Downtown TMA is challenging commuters to try (or continue) a clean commute to work. During this specified period, commuters are encouraged to go all the way by logging their commutes every day - or almost every day. By logging at least 60 single trips (30 round trips), you could win a $10 incentive. Up to 300 Downtown commuters will win!
Be a Super Commuter! Answer the challenge and take a clean commute to work in 2010. Do your part to decrease traffic congestion in Downtown Atlanta by improving daily travel habits.
Participation is easy! Simply log your clean commute from 2/1/10 through 3/12/10* to be eligible for a prize (valued at $10).
Program Rules:
- All qualifying clean commutes must be non-drive alone trips like walking, biking, carpooling, vanpooling or telework.
- At the end of the specified period, recipients of the $10 incentive will be notified via email. Winners will be asked to submit their home address to receive their prize by mail.
- The Downtown TMA is not responsible for incentives lost in the mail.
*Qualifying commutes may be logged through 3/19/10. The commute trips must be taken between 2/1/10 and 3/12/10.
Win FREE Lunch for Your Office with Star 94
Tired of fighting traffic and spending tons of money eating out during your lunch hour? Why not let The Clean Air Campaign, the Downtown TMA and Star 94 hook your office up with free lunch delivered by Darik and the Star 94 street team?
Not only will they bring lunch to you and 25 of your co-workers, but they will have Star 94 prizes (event tickets, CDs) and information on how you can save money by choosing a commute alternative for your drive to work. In this economy, we could all use more ways to save money, especially when the average Atlanta commuter is paying over $5,000 per year just to drive alone to work!
To enter, visit www.star94.com and tell us what types of commute options programs your office supports (or is interested in learning about). Sign up now for your chance to win!
