Downtown Development Day

November 2013

Now in its 11th year, Downtown Development Day is the premiere networking and educational event for the Downtown real estate community. The event features breakout sessions, keynote addresses and networking opportunities for those interested in the growth and development of Downtown Atlanta. All levels of Downtown Development Day sponsorship come with great opportunities for recognition and marketing to a targeted audience, including logo placement in all printed collateral and advertisements, press materials, signage, webpages and video screens. Sponsors are also granted a complimentary exhibit table at the Downtown Development Day/ Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge Expo (a $250 value). Below are some additional benefits for each sponsorship category:

Presenting Sponsor - $20,000 for CAP Members, $15,000 for Non-Members

  • Brand incorporated into event title 
  • Opportunity for remarks during Opening Session
  • Twenty (20) complimentary tickets with preferred seating
  • Exclusive hospitality area and seating to accommodate twenty (20) guests during breakfast reception
  • One full-page advertisement in event program
  • Quote in pre-event press releases

Gold Sponsor - $7,500 for CAP Members, $10,000 for non-Members

  • Opportunity for remarks during Opening Session
  • Ten (10) complimentary tickets with preferred seating
  • Exclusive hospitality area and seating to accommodate ten (10) guests during breakfast reception
  • One half-page advertisement in event program

Silver Sponsor – $4,500 for CAP Members, $6,000 for non-Members

  • Opportunity to sit on breakout session panel or introduce a breakout session topic
  • Six (6) complimentary tickets with preferred seating
  • Exclusive hospitality area and seating to accommodate six (6) guests during breakfast reception
  • Bronze Sponsor – $1,500 for CAP Members, $2,500 for non-Members
  • Four (4) complimentary tickets with preferred seating

EXPO Sponsor - $3,500 for CAP Members, $5,000 for non-Members

  • This sponsorship level is an exclusive opportunity for the Downtown Development/Atlanta BBC Expo. The benefits will include:
  • Brand incorporated into title of Downtown Development/Atlanta BBC Expo 
  • Company logo exclusively displayed on signage throughout Expo
  • Complimentary exhibit table located in the most prominent area of Expo

Lunch & Learn Tour Sponsor - $3,500 for CAP Members, $5,000 for non-Members

  • Brand incorporated into title of the Tour
  • Opportunity to have input on the session sites and content, and to speak before session starts

  • Company logo displayed on signage on tour vehicle 

Downtown Atlanta Restaurant Week

Summer 2013

Downtown’s foremost foodie event, Downtown Atlanta Restaurant Week features more than two dozen Downtown restaurants offering their finest fare at a special price. For nine days each year, Downtown restaurants offer creatively curated three-course prix fixe meals for $25 or $35.

Event Sponsor - $30,000

  • Category exclusivity
  • Company logo featured on all promotional assets, including: brochures, maps and table tents, online and outdoor advertisements, e-newsletters, three (3) full page color ads in Atlanta Business Chronicle and ½ page ad in Atlanta NOW magazine
  • Company name and logo (as applicable) featured in social media promotion
  • Company name prominently featured in all press materials promoting the program
  • Company logo with hyperlink featured on Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead Restaurant Week websites
  • Additional sponsor-specific promotional programs may be developed

Town Hall Meetings

$2,500 per meeting / $5,000 for both (January 31 & June 27)

These public meetings are held at various Downtown venues twice a year. CAP’s Town Hall meetings are designed to enlighten Downtown’s many residents, students, workers and investors on the progress happening in the city center. With an informal setting, the Town Hall meetings draw a large and diverse audience and are a great opportunity to showcase your brand to the Downtown community.

Downtown Live e-Newsletter

$500/month, $1,250/3 months for CAP Members; $750/month, $1750/3 months for non-Members

  • 1st of Each Month
  • This award-winning electronic newsletter highlights the variety of events and activities happening in Downtown Atlanta each month. With more than 18,000 subscribers and a nearly 27 percent average open rate, Downtown Live is where Atlanta looks for fun.
