Downtown Transportation Trivia Scavenger Hunt 2011

The hunt is on! Due to popular demand, the Transportation Trivia Scavenger Hunt is coming back! This year’s scavenger hunt will take place October 24 – 28. Figure out clues, walk to secret locations and answer transportation trivia to win awesome prizes! The first 200 Commuter Rewards participants to participate in the Transportation Trivia Scavenger Hunt will receive a FREE scavenger hunt goody bag which includes a pedometer. Daily prizes include $50 prizes and TWO lucky grand prize winners will receive an iPod shuffle!

Participation is easy:
1. Register. Register online in the Commuter Rewards online logging database. If you are already registered you do not need to re-register.
2. Get a clue. Each day, secret locations will be posted on this page of the Downtown TMA’s website.
3. Capture the question. Walk to the day’s designated location within the given timeframe and see the Downtown TMA team member present to receive a trivia question.
4. Record the answer. Visit this webpage and click a link to answer the daily trivia question.
5. Win the treasure! Participation makes you eligible to win daily and grand prizes.
Daily prizes - Each day, one random winner will be chosen from all commuters who submitted the correct answer to the day’s trivia question. Daily winners will be announced after all questions have been tabulated for the week and will receive a $50 prize.
Grand Prizes - By answering all daily questions correctly you will be entered into a drawing to win a an iPod shuffle!

Who can participate?
Commuters who work in Downtown Atlanta. Students commuting to school are not eligible. All Trivia Scavenger Hunt participants must register in the Commuter Rewards online logging system. If you are currently registered you do not need to re-register.
*Participants must be registered in the Commuter Rewards logging system to receive a goody bag. Goody bags are available on a first come, first served basis and will be given when participants pick up their first clue. Participants will be issued no more than one bag per person.
Rules and Guidelines
1. All participants must be registered with Commuter Rewards.
2. Trivia questions will be distributed by a Downtown TMA representative. All trivia questions must be retrieved within the designated time frame.
3. All trivia question answers must be recorded online. No answers recorded on paper will be accepted.
4. Participants must submit a correct answer to the trivia question to be eligible for a daily prize drawing.
5. All trivia questions must be answered online by 11:59pm on the day they are given. Any answers not received by the 11:59pm deadline will not count toward the day’s raffle.
6. Please understand that it will be your responsibility to remember to submit trivia question answers. The Downtown TMA will not fill in missed logs or questions.
7. The Downtown TMA has the right to refuse your participation in this program and the right to withhold prizes if the Downtown TMA believes any participant has reported untruthfully. The Downtown TMA reserves the right to verify steps reported by winners.
8. All incentives will be given on a first come, first served basis. Participants must answer all daily questions correctly to be eligible for any Grand prizes.
9. It is a condition of your participation in the program that all information supplied by you is correct, current and complete. The Downtown TMA has the right to refuse your participation in this program and the right to withhold incentives if the Downtown TMA believes any program participants have failed to meet this obligation, the Downtown TMA reserves the right to contact you and your supervisor to verify the information provided.
10. If a dispute arises regarding any aspect of the program, including, but not limited to, interpretation of the program requirements, accuracy of the information provided by any participant, or eligibility of a commuter to participate, the Downtown TMA’s executive director shall be the final decision maker regarding such a dispute. Any decision by the executive director will be final and binding.
