Even dogs love Halloween, so let your kids bring along their best buddy to the WoodRUFF Bark Halloween Dog Parade and Festival on Oct. 28. The whole family will enjoy a costumed pet parade, prizes, a live DJ playing Halloween music and vendors onsite.
