Atlanta Streetcar & 9 Downtown Establishments Team Up For A Parade of Fun

The Downtown hospitality community will come together this Mardi Gras season for the 2nd Annual Mardi Gras Streetcar Adventure on Saturday, February 6th from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  This tour will include 9 locally owned restaurants, bars and attractions and is a celebration of Mardi Gras themed food, drinks and music with a New Orleans vibe.  The event coincides with the Atlanta streetcar 2nd year of operation in the Downtown area. This wonderful day adventure features streetcar stops at Atlanta historic and entertainment areas at Edgewood Avenue, Fairlie Poplar District, Centennial Park and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site.

The Streetcar Adventure will hold event registration at two locations:  Park Bar at Centennial Olympic Park and Sweet Auburn Curb Market off of Edgewood Ave from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Participating bars & restaurants include Park Bar, Noni's Deli, Sidebar, Edgewood Corner Tavern, Sky View Atlanta, Bone Lick BBQ, Edgewood Speakeasy, Harold's Ice Bar, Sweet Auburn Curb Market and Joystick Gamebar (Bars subject to change).  Tickets or “Passports” can be purchased in advance for $15.00 - $25.00 and include Mardi Gras themed drink and food specials at all establishments, entertainment, beads, map plus an all day streetcar pass valued at $3.  Three streetcars will be running throughout the area to take people from one location to another so please ride responsibly.
