Atlanta’s Historic Flatiron Building boasts “plug & work” office options

Adjust the size of your office as you find a balance between office and remote work

FlatironCity in Downtown Atlanta’s Historic District is helping companies navigate a post pandemic world by offering fully furnished office floors with flexible terms.

“We are dedicated to helping businesses find a balance between office and working at home,” said Lucror Resources’ Arun Nijhawan. “Companies can experiment with the size of space they need on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We want companies to feel comfortable coming to work and knowing that they can make adjustments to their workspace needs at any time. Flexibility is our mantra.”

The Flatiron Building is staying true to its 120-year-old roots by continually adapting to a changing office paradigm. In 2015, the Flatiron Building was fully restored and quickly became the home of the Women’s Entrepreneur Initiative (WEI), Microsoft’s Innovation Center and airline disrupter, Volantio, as well as Accenture’s digital media studio, Avanade.

In 2021, the Flatiron “plug n’ work” office model allows companies to minimize real estate commitments as they navigate how to integrate working from home with being in the office. FlatironCity provides companies the flexibility to increase or decrease the size of their office space on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis with equally flexible lease terms.

Office options range from small private suites for teams of 1-10 to full floors accommodating 30-40 people.  All spaces are fully furnished with well-appointed furniture, 2 GBPS of dedicated high-speed internet, Microsoft technology and a variety of meeting/conference rooms.  Elegant offices are combined with the warmth of socially conscious coffee roaster, Thousand Hills Coffee, and a community manager spearheading events, happy hour and yoga at Noon.  FlatironCity strives to foster a community.

Agreements are done efficiently with FlatironCity’s online platform.
