High Road Craft Ice Cream Opens in Sweet Auburn Curb Market

High Road Craft Ice Cream announced that they signed a lease at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market. The creamery plans to open permanently around the end of June, once the buildout is done, but will bring a cart down to the market and sell ice cream to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Friday and Saturday.
High Road's location in the market will be close to the Edgewood Avenue exit, near Arepa Mia and Ciao Bocca. They'll have a rotating list of flavors like bourbon burnt sugar, french toast, and red berries and prosecco sorbet, and they intend to introduce new ones often. Once the buildout is complete, the shop will offer unique toppings like fruit cobbler and bread pudding as well as their hand-crafted hot fudges and caramel sauces, and after they're open permanently, they'll also feature ice cream and waffles on Saturdays.
