The Atlanta chef behind Gunshow and Revival is bringing a pop-up restaurant to downtown Atlanta.

Kevin Gillespie will open Ole Reliable Monday, June 17 at the Georgia Pacific Center at 133 Peachtree St. The pop-up will replace Aramark in the 52-story office tower and will operate as a take-away dining spot serving coffee from local roaster Docent, as well as tea and limited breakfast and lunch items.

“I’m really excited about setting up shop downtown and providing the hard-working folks at Georgia- Pacific Center with a morning pick-me-up or a midday meal,” Gillespie said in a prepared statement. “This is our first foray into coffee which I love and have been obsessed with for years. It’s also fun to have a chance to serve our guests during the day, as currently we only serve dinner at our restaurants.”
