September 28,2012

October is National Pizza Month, and Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria is celebrating with a month-long special menu featuring tasty and eclectic pies specially created by some of Atlanta’s premier musicians, athletes and media personalities to raise funds for charity.  CNN’s Holly Firfer, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Jennifer Brett, the Atlanta Falcons’ Mike Peterson, Southern Ground recording artist Sonia Leigh, Jessica Shops’ Jessica Dauler and Witty + Pretty’s Ashley Hesseltine are all on board to cook up some fun while championing worthy causes close to their hearts.

Max’s patrons will be treated to this mouth-watering menu throughout October and, as a bonus, get the chance to support the local community with their order. The price for all pizzas is $19, and $4 from every pizza sold will benefit the non-profit organization designated to it.
