Reyhan takes over as ACVB Chair

CAP Member, John Reyhan took the reins as chairman of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau board of directors at its Jan. 25 meeting.

Reyhan, executive vice president and general manager of Skanska USA Building Inc. takes over for Ben Shanley, vice president of distributor development for Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Company’s foodservice and on-premise division.

The executive committee also approved two new members to the board of directors.

Ron Tarson, general manager of the Westin Peachtree Plaza, and Tim Mapes, senior vice president of marketing for Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines Inc. will both serve through 2013.
