Master Sushi Chef Saito along with Stephen de Haan and Greg Grant, Founders of the award-winning Red Phone Booth and Amalfi Pizza, opened Satio- Sushi, Steak, and Cocktails in downtown Atlanta at 19 Andrew Young International Blvd. this week.

“Due to Covid, we have encountered a lot of delays in opening our new restaurant,” Grant said in the press release. “However, we are excited to be open now and are ready to serve our guests top-notch food and craft cocktails.” 

Located in the former Regenstein’s Department Store, the 2,220 square-foot restaurant will feature a Pacific regional influence. It will utilize fresh tropical fruits to balance the freshest fish flown in daily to create its sushi and other inspired dishes.
