Sperduto & Associates Renew at Downtown's Peachtree Center

Sperduto & Associates, Inc. has signed a lease renewal at 235 Peachtree St NE, Suite 300 in Atlanta.

Cresa Atlanta Advisors Billy Hobbs and Jason Jones assisted Sperduto with its former lease in 2007 and also assisted with the recent renewal negotiations.

The North Tower of Peachtree Center faces Peachtree Street in Downtown Atlanta and was built in 1967, offering over 300,000 square feet of Class A office space. The building is owned by Americas Capital Partners, which was represented in this transaction by Mike Werner of Parkway Realty Services, Inc.

"We renegotiated Dr. Sperduto's 8,300 square foot lease in 2007 with a resulting decrease in the rental rate, but current market conditions presented an opportunity to renegotiate for more favorable lease terms," said Billy Hobbs, Managing Principal with Cresa Atlanta. Hobbs said the early renewal will save the firm approximately 30 percent on its occupancy costs over the next few years.
