Summertime pickup soccer kicks off tonight in Downtown Atlanta

Hit the field for free games every Tuesday from now until the end of July in Woodruff Park.

Looking for some weekly soccer action in Downtown Atlanta? We have you covered all summer long in Woodruff Park!

Soccer in the Streets will team up with Central Atlanta Progress and the Downtown Atlanta Improvement District to bring free pickup soccer back to Woodruff Park this summer. Starting tonight (May 31), we'll take the field at 6 PM every Tuesday for fun, friendly games in Downtown Atlanta.

Our certified coaching staff will run the on-field sessions, along with teens receiving on-the-job training through our School of Life youth development program.

Before joining us tonight, here's what else you need to know about this summer's pickup series:

Who? All ages and experience levels are welcome to join the fun.

When? Every Tuesday night from now until the end of July, weather permitting.

Where? Woodruff Park, located on Peachtree St. NE in Atlanta

Anything else to know? To preserve Woodruff Park's grass for all the pickup games to come, please leave your cleats at home on Tuesday nights.
