Zoo Atlanta Opens Splash Fountain

Get ready to make a star-spangled splash with the debut of the city’s newest water play experience. The Splash Fountain presented by Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority officially opens on the grounds of Zoo Atlanta on July 2, 2013.

The experience will feature a total of 18 water jets on interactive pads on a 2,500 square-foot section of the Zoo’s KIDZone rides and attractions area. The Splash Fountain will be open seasonally from April to October, weather permitting. 

The Splash Fountain will be open daily and will be free with general admission.
