Join us at North Public Grounds for FREE Autumn Equinox Yoga on Monday, September 23 from 7 to 8 p.m. This gentle yoga class accessible for people of all ages, abilities, genders, and faiths. The practice will incorporate physical movements, stretching, breathing, and deep relaxation.
Please bring your own mat, towel, or chair. Yoga will be led by Nirvana Yoga.
