Find your center and relax amongst the peaceful views of Georgia Aquarium’s Oceans Ballroom. Connect with your baby while improving your balance, flexibility, coordination and strength. Baby & Me Yoga introduces four elements: Mindfulness, Inner Peace, Meditation & Imagination through YOGA practices taught by a certified Baby & Me yoga instructor. During the class, you have the option to have your baby close to you on the mat or participate in the movements.
This class provides a bonding opportunity between caregiver and child, while engaged with views of beluga whales, harbor seals and more!
Tickets are $15 for this 60-minute class. Doors open at 9:30am, with class beginning at 10:00am. All proceeds from Baby & Me Yoga benefit Georgia Aquarium’s research and conservation initiatives.
