Biketober Bike Challenge (all month long)

Georgia Commute Options is excited to kick off another year of the region’s favorite bike challenge. Grab your friends, family and colleagues and head outside to get your blood pumping and positive vibes flowing. Cycling is proven to boost mood, energy level and focus. 10/15 Breakfast & Free Bicycle Tune-Ups
Need some fuel after your two-wheeled ride or just wanting to make sure your bike is in tip-top shape? Join us on Friday, October 15 from 8am - 11am at Newport’s South Downtown office (170 Mitchell Street SW) for free bicycle tune-ups from Intown Bicycles. CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER -- 10/28 Bike-In Movie at Woodruff Park
Before you kick off your Halloween festivities, ride to our bike-in screening of “The Wizard of Oz” in Woodruff Park on October 28 at 7pm. The event is free to attend and will feature popcorn and a costume contest. Click your heels together three times, snap on your helmet, and enjoy an evening with family, friends, and neighbors!
Downtown Bike Mural Tour (anytime)
Why not start Biketober by enjoying some of Downtown's 80+ murals? We've put together a self-guided bike tour with turn-by-turn instructions so you can check them out for yourself. Pick one loop or combine the two to start exploring! Both routes kick off near the Five Points MARTA station on Marietta Street for easy access by any mode.
North Loop: 4.3 miles, 24+ murals
South Loop: 3.2 miles, 38+ murals
