Details

Due to upcoming construction in Woodruff Park, weekly yoga classes will be moved across the street to the Broad Street Boardwalk, located at the corner of Peachtree St. and Luckie St. as of July 1st.

Come out to the Broad Street Boardwalk for 60 minutes of all-levels vinyasa flow each Saturday morning!

Yoga classes are open to the public and FREE to attend with an RSVP. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and water.

In the case of inclement weather, the class will be canceled and registrants will be notified at least two hours prior to the scheduled class time.

These fun, accessible, and meditative practices will leave you feeling peaceful yet invigorated--and part of a great community. Vinyasa flow is yoga that incorporates sun salutations throughout the practice, so we will be passing through the infamous downward-facing dog, using our arms to chaturanga throughout practice, and matching breath with movement. The flows are good for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, so come one, come all!

The August 26th class has been canceled due to Doggy Con on the Broad Street Boardwalk.

Stay after the September 30th class for the AMADOR Yoga & Art Festival!

Weekly classes are coordinated in partnership with Malik Khalid of AMADOR.
