Welcome to the CMA neighborhood! Hop on your trolley and travel throughout the museum for an array of programming celebrating themes of the beloved television program, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Make a stop by the CMA stage for a special Mini Musical, Welcome to the Neighborhood, or park in the Art Studio to decorate your own imagination mirror! From learning about neighborly acts of kindness during a special puppet show, to dancing about the alphabet, whether you’re singing with CMA’s Imaginators or exploring the habitats of actual tigers at the Science Bar, it’s sure to be grr-ific learning and fun for the whole family!

Science interactive experiences available all day!

Celebrate International Archaeology Day! – All day long at the Science Bar discover clues in unexpected places like trees and coins to find out how old a place or object might be; decipher a mummy’s riddle and write your own name in Egyptian hieroglyphs; reconstruct broken pottery, and learn about soil layers by filling a bottle with layers of colored sand, all in celebration of International Archaeology Day! In our Art Studio, you can create your own pre-historic cave paintings!
