Please join us for a Peach Talk & Wellness Walk brought to you by the Downtown Native Plant & Wellness Initiative, in collaboration with Kindred Lane, Atlanta Way 2.0, Downtown Atlanta, and Five Points Community Garden.
We’ll meet at Underground Atlanta's temporary Peach Grove at 12pm on Friday, July 10th. Jim Hackler of Five Points Community Garden will lead a talk on the history of Georgia's signature fruit, which was grown here by the Muscogee Creek tribe before Georgia became a state. Then we'll enjoy a 20-minute stroll through parts of Downtown Atlanta that highlight nature, culture, and wellness.
