The B.A.R. (Basic Abdominal Routine) is an innovative abs & core routine that teaches abdominal enthusiasts how to work out from the seated or standing position utilizing the three planes of motion; the frontal plane (side-to-side movements), the sagittal plane (front-to-back movements) & the transverse plane (rotational movements).
Suitable for ALL fitness levels, the basic abdominal routine is a moderate - vigorous sculpting abs & core workout where class participants are pushed gradually to the point of sweat-streaked exhaustion testing their abs & core based on three techniques:
1.Execution: emphasize proper movements that maximize results and minimize injury.
2.Athleticism: emphasize performing the exercises with power, rhythm, style, and confidence of an athlete.
The B.A.R. (Basic Abdominal Routine) is designed to help guide abdominal enthusiasts while striving to lose weight, reduce belly fat and sculpt their abs & core. Get ready to follow The Guru of Abs lead and NO FAT FORMED AGAINST YOU WILL PROSPER!
