The Stitch is a transformational civic infrastructure investment needed to reconnect Downtown and Midtown Atlanta. Once implemented, the Stitch will create approximately 14 acres of urban greenspace and transportation enhancements atop a new, 3⁄4-mile platform spanning the Downtown Connector between Ted Turner Drive and Piedmont Avenue.

The Stitch Community Kick-Off & Vision Workshop will be held on Wednesday, November 15th at 5:30 pm. The event will feature key updates about the project and opportunities for the public to come together to shape the vision for the project.  

The workshop is open to the public, and all members of the community are welcome. Activities for children and youth to understand their vision for the space will be hosted during the informational station.
