#10 Peachtree Center Ave Bike Lane Reconfiguration

Reconfigure the alignment of the existing bike lane on Peachtree Center Ave, between John Portman Boulevard and Baker Street, to improve safety for all roadway users.

Result: The alignment of the Peachtree Center Ave bike lane will shift to be fully curbside. The alignment change will improve visibility and make movements more predictable for all users. In addition to the alignment change, the existing plastic post delineators will be replaced with a more durable horizontal rail intended to emulate the permanence and performance of a traditional 6” curb.
