Woodruff Park and Freeside Atlanta, in partnership with Pop Up Repair, are excited to present Woodruff Park Pop-Up Repair, a limited-time program coming to Downtown Atlanta this fall. Community members are invited to stop by Woodruff Park to drop off household items in need of repair. Artisans at Freeside Atlanta and Pop Up Repair will repair items, which will be made available for pick up in early October.
Woodruff Park Pop-Up Repair will launch on Sunday, September 24 during Atlanta Streets Alive.
Community members may drop off items for repair at the Pop-Up Repair Shop kiosk, located in the park near the Reading Room, on the following dates and times:

September 26, 12-7pm
September 27, 12-7pm
September 30, 12-4pm
October 1, 1-3pm *** Drop-off this day at The WonderRoot Artist Market at Ponce City Market
Community members may pick up* their repaired items at 12 Broad St (at Marietta Street) on the following dates and times:

Frequently Asked Questions
How Does It Work? We Pop Up in your neighborhood for a limited amount of time. You bring your broken stuff in and leave a deposit, we fix it (usually – we have an 85% success rate), and you come pick it up.
What Do You Fix? We fix household items of all kinds: almost anything in your house that you can carry to the shop. Some examples: chairs, lamps, jewelry, appliances, toys, clothes, curios, tools, frames, glasses, etc. We don’t do: shoes, bikes, iPad screens, software problems, very fine jewelry, clothing mends that require a fitting (alterations).
