A 45,000 square foot entertainment hub in the historic Regenstain's Department Store at 207 Peachtree St, which is expected to be completed in Spring 2026. The project will feature four new concepts: Aire Rooftop, a rooftop lounge; Peachtree Sporting Club, an immersive sports and gaming bar; American Dive, a late-night restaurant and bar with live music and games; and the Grand Ballroom, an event space for galas, weddings, and conferences.
