Bold, innovative, and imaginative, CAP/ADID devotes extensive amounts of time and resources to developing and shepherding initiatives that are expected to revolutionize the future of Downtown:
CAP/ADID staffs a public meeting of the Downtown Development Review Committee – comprised of nine members representing property owners, business owners, and neighborhood organizations located within the SPI-1 district. The committee provides formal recommendations to the Office of Zoning and Development on all Special Administrative Permit (SAP) applications within the Downtown SPI-1 district. Learn more
